Department ofAnthropology
Leading anthropologist Thomas Hylland Eriksen believes anthropology is a revolutionary way of thinking about the human world. Perfect for students and also for those who have never encountered anthropology before. Anthropology is the study of man – their evolutionary history, adaptation to the environments, building social relation with one another. The subject is linked with biology, physiology, genetics on the one hand while archaeology and socio-cultural aspects on the other. By studying anthropology one can grow unique set of skills for working with and understanding people.
